In 2001 Todd became a licensed Realtor and chose to work with Helen and Scott Selig focusing on the sales and leasing of commercial real estate. His multifaceted business and marketing background, personal connections to business and property owners as well as his ability to work with local and state officials, offer a wealth of knowledge, experience and insight to his clients. Todd is a Multi-Year, Multi-Million Dollar member of the Hot Springs Board of Realtors; is an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), awarded by the National Association of Realtors; is involved with the Central Arkansas CCIM Chapter (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and was recently named 2022 Realtor of the Year by the Hot Springs Board of Realtors.
Todd also has a strong conviction for giving back to the community.
He was the 2011 Chairman of the Board for The Hot Springs Chamber Of Commerce, 2016 Chairman of the Hot Springs Metro Partnership (Economic Development Board), he served as District Chairman for the Boy Scouts of America and is himself an Eagle Scout. He co-chaired a successful Lake Hamilton School District millage campaign which resulted in over 10 Million dollars in classroom and campus improvements and was the Chairman for the 2011 Garland County Jail campaign which resulted in a new 42-Million-dollar Garland county detention facility. Todd coached girls’ basketball, helped to organize a Jr. Olympic girls’ volleyball team and served on the national public relations committee for Camp Quality Arkansas, an organization that helps children with cancer.
Todd has a passion for music, attempts to play the guitar, is the neighborhood Baggo Champion (in his neighborhood of 7 full time residents) and a loyal KSU Football fan.
Todd currently serves as the Executive Broker for Coldwell Banker RPM Group real estate offices located in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
